Hymewake is a long journey full of dub loaden textures winding around a handplayed tankdrum and small percussion. It is slowly building up and playing carefully with tension and release throughout the track.

For the release Biodub teamed up with a colourful bunch of artists and friends.
Bookwood, who is best known for his productions on the URSL label turned the original track into an 808-electro tune in his unique
deep and melodic style.
The second remix comes from Ki Ya Tori which is the collaborative project of the two producers Iorie and Coss. The duo pushed Hymewake to 130 bpm keeping it super dubby and minimalistic.

For the visual artwork Biodub was working with Carmen Hartmann who is a german graphic designer and media artist that specialized in the visualization of electronic music. Currently based in Groningen, she's also teaching her "techno witchcraft" at university. In a complex procedure she turned the sound of Hymewake into video sequences that have been the source for the organically floating cover artwork.

Mastering was done by Mo Heidrich at Time Tools Studios.
